Have you seen zillow? Pretty cool site for getting house value information, in addition to a bunch of other stuff you can't get from agents for free.
Have you heard of Nexidia? My buddy Drew is SVP Media there, and man, do they have a cool story to tell. They're going to change the face of how/what gets indexed and searched. Very neat thing. Battelle liked it! +1

Have you seen ourstory.com? Their site lets you create a timeline of your life, and then print it out in a nice bound book format. It's a pretty cool site.
